Pilot Pathway

PilotPathway.co.za is an aviation-focused pilot discovery, career networking and recruitment platform designed to connect pilots with airlines, aviation companies and approved recruiters. At its core, Pilot Pathway creates a structured “Pilot Pool” where pilots can maintain their aviation experience and qualifications, while authorised aviation organisations can search the pool against specific recruitment requirements. The basic idea Pilot Pathway addresses a common problem in aviation recruitment: Pilots are looking for opportunities, while airlines are looking for pilots — but finding the right match can be difficult. Instead of relying entirely on pilots finding and applying for individual vacancies, Pilot Pathway allows pilots to build a structured aviation profile and allows vetted recruiters to search for pilots based on measurable requirements. The platform therefore works as a pilot discovery pool, rather than simply being another traditional job board.
